Once you start saying ‘yes’ to people because you don’t have a ‘yes’ to say, you get repressed and you don’t have any energy for anything else. ‘Yes’ is a very, very small thing that can make a large difference in the lives of a long way.

When you feel stuck or unsure what to do in life, there’s a great chance that you’re looking for someone to help you get out of your rut. If you’re looking for a friend or a mentor, then there’s a good chance that person is going to be able to help you get out of your rut. You just start living your life for what you want out of it, because that's what makes you happy. You'll never be satisfied if you're satisfied with what you've got. It's that simple. Unconditional, love-filled life is what you want for your life and nothing else will do. If you want it, then give it to somebody else.
