Living a decade or two your way through your twenties doesn’t mean you can just take up being an adult and retire. Well, not exactly. But as the saying goes, those that remain an active members of society will rise to the occasion. And with so many opportunities for growth and life changing events on our horizon, it’s not going to be easy to let go of what used to be your true self. Especially when you’re in your 20s and 21st century. So here are some things you need to do if you want older people in your life to remember you as an active person instead of an old person living a yuppie’s life.


Take The Scrutiny After Your Turn

‘You have to take the scrutiny after your turn.’ That’s what you should always say to everyone you meet. Just don’t say it to me. ‘You have to take the scrutiny after your turn.’ That’s not what you should say to others. ‘You have to take the scrutiny after your turn.’ You have to take the scrutiny when you’re in your 20s or 30s. If you don’t take the scrutiny after you’ve turned 18, you won’t be able to use the social graces that you had as a child. You won’t be able to use the perks of being a yuppie. If you don’t take the scrutiny after you’ve turned 18, you won’t be able to use the things that used to make people giggle when you were a child. You won’t be able to use the things that made you feel special when you were a child. You won’t be able to use the things that make you so appreciated today. You’re going to have to take the scrutiny after your turn.


Eat Healthy

For your own sake, eat healthy. Not only is it going to make you feel better than when you’re still in your teens and twenties, but it’s also going to help you look and feel better too. You’re going to look and feel better because you’re not going to be able to walk around with that obese, flaggy body that you had as a child because you won’t be able to gain the muscle mass that you need to look and feel good in your 20s and 30s. So eat healthy and Balanced. You’re going to look and feel better too because the more often you get your body moving, the more often you’re going to get your heart rate up and your body temperature is going to get hot and cold so you’re going to be able to sleep better at night too. It’s going to make you feel good both physically and psychologically because you’re going to be able to see how things are going to change over the next few years and you’re going to be able to enjoy your retirement more because you’re not going to be so self-conscious about what you look like when you’re your 50s or 60s.


Train Your Body

As we get older, our bodies start to develop all kinds of muscles and parts that we didn’t have when we were our childhoods. So when you start to train both your body and mind, you’re actually helping yourself to get younger because when you get your body moving, you’re going to be able to do more and do it more often. So do something that makes you move every day. Look in the mirror and tell me what you’re looking like today. Look in the mirror every day and tell me what you’re going to look like in five years because the more often you do that, the better you’re going to do! So train your body every single day because doing something every day will help your body to stay young and healthy. If you’re not doing anything, then you’re not training your body. So get active in some way and keep doing things that will help your body stay young and healthy.


Learn A New Skill

As you get older, you’re going to start to learn new skills and you’re going to need to use these skills and movements that you’ve honed over your childhood to get them back. So, as you grow older and start to master new skills, you’re going to want to put them to use right away so you don’t lose them. So start using your left hand or your right hand or some other simple, everyday movement as soon as you get the chance because you’re going to need to use this skill lots of times over your life. So, do something everyday that you’re going to use your left or right hand so that you have something to reference when you have a problem or a situation that you need to be handled. So, do something everyday that you’re going to use your left or right hand to help you get through the day.


Play An Adult Game

As you get older, you’re going to start to notice that you’re not only getting older, but that you’re also becoming less able to perform some of the manual tasks that used to make you feel so special as a child. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to start playing an adult game. So, as you get older, you’re going to start to notice that you’re not only getting less agile and faster, but that you’re also not being able to perform some of the simpler tasks that were once made fun of when you were a child. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to get in touch with some of the things that used to make you feel special as a child and start mocking them. So, do something that you’ve always wanted to do but never could do because you’re getting so old! So do something that you used to enjoy doing and now you can pass on to your kids! So, do something that you’re going to enjoy doing so that you can pass on to your kids and make them feel old and special too!


Make Something Good For The World

As you get older, you’re going to start to notice that the things that make you so valuable as a person have become less important and that you’re going to have to start thinking of yourself as an Influence Professor instead of a Childlike. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to start thinking of yourself as an adult and not just as a kid. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to start thinking of yourself as an influencer and not just as a follower. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to start thinking of yourself as an author and not just as a child. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to start thinking of yourself as a writer and not just as a blogger. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to start thinking of yourself as an influencer and not just as a follower. So, do something that you’ve been meaning to do for a long time but just haven’t been able to do because you’re getting too old. So, do something that you’ve been waiting to do for a long time and then take it one step further and make it something that the entire world can use and get proud of because you’re going to be so old when you’re done with this!


Take A Walk It’s Even More Of A Yank Option When You’re Old

As you get older, you’re going to start to notice that you’re not only getting fitter and healthier, but that you’re also starting to gain more muscle mass as well. So, one of the things that you’re going to want to do is to start doing some walking. So, start walking when you’re in your 50s or 60s and start to walk anywhere that you can get a few miles in between sets of pushups, sit ups and even some quick walks with a friend. So, do
